I'm fat, fatter than fat, oh my god I'm obese, very obese, seriously at risk obese.
But that's cool because in a few days time I'm starting a journey to get thin, healthy and fit.
So the results of the weighing will be posted later but here's how I got there. Lets take a typical Saturday, seen as it is Saturday today, and believe me what I eat does not really change much from day to day although some days I will eat less than others but this is me on a bad eating day
Typical food consumption in a rough order
Breakfast
Cup of tea no sugar, milky.
Two slices of toast with peanut butter.

Maybe. One more slice of toast with peanut butter cause the last two were soooo nice.
Mid Morning Snack

Half a packet of biscuits and a packet of crisps
Lunch
Large Pasty
Cream cake

Mid Afternoon Snack
Diet Coke
Four packets of crisps
Twix
Two more packets of crisps I lied about only four.
Ice cream
Cup of tea no sugar, milky
Evening Meal
Diet Coke
Madras Curry, Pillaw Rice, Naan Bread, Six Onion Bahjis, Eight Popadums
Diet Coke
Night time TV snack
Eight to Twelve packets of crisps
Twix
Two to Four Rocky Bars
Packet of Starbursts

Now you can see why I'm in such a shit state. Well thats going to change in a few days time all i will be having is fresh fruits and vegetables and it will look like this
