Lee's Weight and Goals

Okay, now you have some idea of what I am about to undertake its important for me to document my progress somehow and I guess the only real way to do this is to take some scientific measurements.

Well I am not going to the lab to do this as that would be ridiculous so armed with a brand new set of scales, a BMI calculator and progress chart app for the iPad, and a tape measure I shall set forth the record of what I weigh and measure today Sunday 14th July 2013.

This will give me and you some indication of how the 60 day Juice Reboot programme is effecting me in a physiological way.

So here goes
Age 39
Weight 279 pounds
BMI 36.68
Waist 45"
Belly 47"
Hips 47"
Thigh 25"
Bicep 16"

Verdict obese class I I severely obese.

I guess with all that negativity I need to inject some positivity into the mix, here are my goals 

Age 39
Weight 189 pounds ( a whopping 90 pound loss, 6stones)
BMI 24.85 ( healthy BMI is recommended between 18.50 and 25.00) 
Waist 32"
Belly 32"
Hips 34"
Thigh 20"
Bicep 12"

Verdict normal, health, fit yippee
